Inside Out Weight Loss: Aligning Mind, Body and Spirit for Lasting Change

Before and After Music Videos from Inside Out Weight Loss #108

You can actually see Gretchen’s transformation for yourself! She’s given me permission to share her BEFORE and AFTER videos!  Here’s part of the message she sent me:

I want to thank you again and again because not only has your podcast helped me battle some of my struggles with weight but it has also helped me pursue my own dreams of being a professional singer. I have always lacked confidence and when I listen to your podcast I not only apply it to eating but also to pursuing music. And it shows! When we first started playing live about 4-5 years ago, everyone told me that I needed to move on stage, that I was so stiff and nervous looking. Strangers, friends, family, band members… everyone made it a point to tell me how uncomfortable I looked up there. But now I only get compliments on how natural, comfortable and great I look on stage. Because I am no longer afraid to reveal that side of me. I really believe that your podcast influenced me in that way too. And now I believe that I will achieve my goals in music.

This is my first time ever posting to a blog. I’ve just started going through Renee’s program and have made it through episode 4. I’m pretty fit, teach fitness classes, and am in the health field, but I tend to stress eat and am still about 10 lbs heavier than where I want to be. I just went through the activity where you determine what part of you isn’t ready to change. For me, I realized that right now I have an excuse. Would if I lost those last 10 lbs and was still stuck in a job I hate and still hadn’t met someone I thought was worth dating…Would if that doesn’t make me as happy as I thought it would? I’m going to think through this one some more to figure out what not having excuse would mean.
