    Hi Renee,
    I’ve been listening to your podcasts and practicing your methods for a while now. I have been losing weight. It’s really helped me to think about whether I’m hungry before I eat. Often I’m not.
    Anyway, I love these “snoozing strategies”. Just before you started this series one of my sons was going through a phase of “I can’t sleep, I don’t know how to fall asleep” I was so excited to be able to share with him a method to settle down - especially if he’s excited about the next day. Even at eight, he knows he should fall asleep, and gets frustrated when he can’t. So I did the EFT karate chop method last night and IT WORKED!!!He did it tonight by himself.

    Hi Renee,
    I struggle with sleep since I am reaching menopause. I especially like the idea of watching behind my closed eyes. I can’t really see anything and I think the hard work of trying puts me to sleep. Any port in a storm! Since the insomnia is sporatic, I don’tknow if this solution will work all the time or even most of the time, but it definitely has this past week or so. THANKS
