		<description>Pat, I feel where you are coming from. I've given up 65lbs this year with another 100 to go. But the past 2 months it's like I've almost given up. I listened to the 2nd episode today and realized I met most of the goals I set for myself last year - I can travel, walk and buy clothes so much easier now. I need new motivation. Now that I understand that, it really is very exciting. In the past, when huge loss has struck my life (such as you losing your mom), it took months (years?) to regain my focus. Don't be so hard on yourself.</description>

		<description>Pat, hooray for you ! My mom retired recently and also lost 53 pounds on Weight Watchers - it was the solution for her - and is SO enjoying her retirement years in good health ! She travels and buys nice new clothes for her slim figure. There is SO much to enjoy in retirement, especially when you LOVE your body ! You CAN do it !! She struggled with those last ten pounds too, but if she can do it so can you.</description>
