		<description>Hello Renee!
I have recently begun listening to your podcast. What made me want to continue listening and following your program is the way you described the two sides of a person - the side that wants to sit, eat and be afraid of life, and the side that wants to be the best it can be. I am only 21 years old, but I am aware of the destructive and self-sabotaging habits of over-eating, drinking, smoking and drug use that I am falling into. Although at this stage in my life I can still feel that I look good no matter what I do to myself, I know that that will all end in a matter of years and my habits will catch up to me. Also, I know that the body I'm keeping is not the best vessel to carry my soul and mind, it could be much better. I have had times where I run and stretch and eat healthy every day, and times when I don't care about anything. My "away-from" motivation is the idea that in the future, I will look back and curse my self for having ruined a beautiful healthy body, and thus a beautiful healthy life. I want to restore and nurture my good habits while i'm still young and flexible.
I look forward to listening to more of your program and learning to become a better me with your help.
Thank you!
