Hi,
Just wanted to say that this post has realy made a difference for me. I’m about 24 pounds over weight, and I always loved eating, so my eating is much more pleasure than feeding process. When I was younger I was eating much more, but I was also doing much more sport, so I could eat whatever I want, and still being very thin.
Now I work most of the day sitting down, and I’m not as active as I used to be, but I do understand 2 important things. 1.I need to eat healthy not just because of the helth itself, but also because unhealthy food mess up my appetite mechanism. 2. I don’t have to count calories, or fight my self to eat just vegtables, or totaly avoid sweets, I just need to learn to listen to my body, avoid starting eating if I’m still full, and stop eating if I’m no longer hungry.
As part of this process I’m starting to take less food to work, because I know that usually I’m too full when I finish my lunch.
I’m sure this would work great for me, so I want to thank you for reminding me how wonderful is our body, and how important and natural it is to listen to it.
Regards Shefy

Hi,
I recently stumbled upon your podcast while browsing iTunes, and I am so excited!
Rating my hunger level before and after meals has helped me differentiate between when I’m eating for nourishment or for emotional comfort, stress and boredom.
I can’t wait to get caught up in the series.
Thank you so much!
