I went immediately to my cupboard and found my favorite comfort food -- Campbell's Tomato Soup -- has high frutcose corn syrup! Gee -- I wonder why it's a favorite? That is going OUT the door. I'll learn to make it from scratch.

I found this show very informative, logical and useful. I believe that arming my brain with information is giving me the amunition needed to easily fight off the urges and sensations that happends when I eat. I happened to have applesauce for dinner that night and read the label and noticed for the first time the high fructose corn syrup. I I thought for the longest time I was making a good choice with applesauce and this episode shifted my thinking about the food that I am putting in my mouth and how industry has a role in the obesity epidemic that is happening in the US. Thanks for the information and will continue to listen!
