    Thank you for that excellent meditation in Episode 3! It really helped me realize that I need to continually destress and stay grounded to become a better me in every aspect of my life.

    I really enjoyed this meditation! I’ve listened to it twice already…and I’m going to listen to it again tonight. This episode is one that I have found to be particularly inspiring!

    I agree with AJ that I too need to use this quided mediaton on a regular basis to destress and stay grounded in the new improved reality you’re helping me create.

    I listened to this episode for the first time tonight and I was very inspired and pleasantly surprised by the meditation. It seems as though I realized what I need to do to reach my destination. I feel like a new person already. Thanks for the great podcast, Renee.

    Every time I got to this episode I was on my way to work. SO I could not do the guided exercise. Then at night I would pass out during the exercise! This morning I was able to do it and I can not describe the euphoria that I feel. WOW!!! thanks for the podcasts!

    I found out that I’m afraid of dreaming!!! I kept coming back and thought what if I lose it? I get it and I lose it???And here I was, going back and forht - enjoying and then afraid, again enjoying again afraid… It did feel great..
    I imagined myself being slim and slender and having a yoga body - fully in control of it, very strong, flexible, graceful, like panther.. dancing, light, glowing! with energy coming from my feet and up, flowing in a dance… a bit sweaty.. with fresh sweat, the one which doesn’t smell, which only glows… smooth legs, polished nails, white teeth.. my wedding ring a little bit loose… Hey, it is a bit loose!!! Just noticed it, in the morning it wasn’t!
