I just began listening to your podcasts and like what I am hearing and thinking. But in this podcast you talked about a photo as if it were part of a previous episode or part of the questionnaire/worksheet. The questionnaire had one page with 4 questions -- nothing about a photo. Have I missed something?

I have just found this podcast and think it is so wonderful and positive! It has already helped me with my overeating in just 2 episodes. I went out to eat with my husband last night and did not overeat or drink. YAHOOOOO!

I really liked the part about not thinking back to when you were slim, but focus on how you are now and will be in the future as slim. It made me realize that that it was 8 years ago in which I was strong, fit and slim and that I can't be that woman again. Now I can put my energy into discovering who I'll be now at age 46 as a slim, strong and healthy woman. Thank you.

Thanks for your request. I will work it in to a future episode! Note that boredom eating is often a sign of self sabotage - a symptom of underlying issues. We'll be covering shortly!

Hi there,

I love your poscasts.
Please in your coming podcasts focus on boredom eating. For me it's a great problem. But I'm sure I'm not the only one.
