Thank you so much for creating this great podcast. I’ve just realized that I’ve been compulsively overeating, and I want to change this behavior and feel better about myself.
I can see that after listening to only the prologue and episode 001 I’m already thinking a little differently about myself and my habits.

Hi Renee Recently I have discovered your podcast and so far I love it. I have been battle my weight since I was ten years old. Being a tenager is hard but adding low self esteem to mix cause more more hardship. By listening to your show I found out that Im a binge eater. After listening to the prologue I’m ready to start on this new journey.

I have completed the prologue and decided to make a prologue regarding my struggles with weight loss. This struggle has been going on in my head for almost 25 years. There are times I look back to pictures and think WHAT WAS WRONG WITH YOU! I was not as large as I thought prob 10 pounds overweight. But each time I went on a diet I just gained more. Now I am close to 50 with about 40 to lose. Some would say thats not bad but I am 5′1 and the BMI says “obese”
